Q3:Can a sample order be placed before the mass production?
A3:Yes,we acceptable sample orders led display, please let us know your detail request then we will send you the sample asap for confirmation.

Q4:When will you make the delivery?
A4:We can make the delivery within 3-5 working days for the led modules and 10-12days for the led finished screen according to the size and quantities of your order.

Q5:What technical supports can you offer?
A5:We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. we can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct the installation.

A6:The standard warranty is 3 year.

Q7:Do you provide any free spare parts in each order?
A7:Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free, spare parts including module, power cable,signal cable, LED lamp, IC, mask, power supply, receiving card, etc..
